WELCOME TO UAV CONTEST 2026

The 3rd International Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Design Competition will be held from 27 to 30 May 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The event is jointly organized by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE), Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Vietnam Aviation Academy (VAA), Tomas Bata University in Zlín (TBU), Thu Dau Mot University (TDMU), University of Pardubice (UPCE) and University of Žilina (UNIZA). This prestigious international competition aims to promote scientific research among students in electrical and electronic engineering, information technology, artificial intelligence, mechatronics, and other related technical disciplines. It serves as a global platform that brings together talented students from various countries, facilitating academic exchange and inspiring creativity and innovation.

Participating teams have a valuable opportunity to transform theoretical knowledge into practical engineering solutions—from UAV model design and fabrication to programming, image processing, and the development of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. Students will gain hands-on experience, strengthen their teamwork and system-thinking skills, and interact with leading experts in the field.
